Product Information

Every effort is made to accurately represent colours, dimensions and materials.

Due to differences in screen calibration, colours may vary slightly from the final printed artwork.

Limited Editions

Each Giclée print forms part of a strictly limited edition.

Once an edition has sold out, no further prints from that edition will be produced.

Payment

Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

Orders remain the property of The Ladcastle Gallery until payment has cleared.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, photography, text and website content remain the copyright of Mark Demsteader unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, scanned, published or used commercially without prior written permission.

Website Accuracy

Whilst every effort is made to ensure all information is accurate, occasional errors may occur.

The Ladcastle Gallery reserves the right to correct pricing or descriptive errors without notice.

Shipping

Each limited-edition print is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Please allow up to 14 days for your print to be dispatched. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your order.

As each print is a limited-edition artwork and is individually prepared for collection, dispatch times may vary slightly.

Should there be any unforeseen delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.

UK Delivery

UK orders are sent using a fully tracked and insured delivery service.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are typically 1–3 working days following dispatch.

International Delivery

International shipping is available to selected destinations.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs procedures.

Packaging

Every artwork uses packaging designed to protect the print during transit.

Prints are shipped rolled in heavy-duty art tubes to minimise the risk of damage.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase.

Delivery Damage

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please retain all packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of both the packaging and the artwork.

This allows us to make a claim with the courier where necessary.

Damaged Artwork

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@ladcastlegallery.com.

Please include:

• Your order number.

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photographs of:

  • the artwork,

  • the packaging,

  • any visible damage.

If the artwork is confirmed to be damaged in transit, we will offer one of the following:

• a replacement (subject to availability),

• or a full refund, including the original delivery charge and any reasonable return postage costs.

Limited Edition Availability

As our prints are produced in strictly limited editions, replacements may not always be available. If a replacement cannot be provided, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds

Once your returned artwork has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned artwork.
